Purchased a Specialized Turbo Creo…
Purchased a Specialized Turbo Creo after making an enquiry on WhatsApp. The whole transaction was carried out (with Richard) on WhatsApp including interest free finance, so easy to do. Received a call from Millie (Rutland) 3 days later to arrange delivery, the bike was delivered 1 day early. Well done all you guys at Rutland, I can certainly recommend. I also received a curtesy call from Claire one week later, checking everything was OK. Splendid!

Got what needed, at the best price I could find ...
I was after a couple of Topeak accessories for my Ebike, and having done my usual comparative shopping research, it was Rutland Cycling that offered the best value deal for both - a trunkbag, and an accompanying rear carrier rack adapter. The value of the order also put me comfortably above their current £30 threshold for free delivery.
The items were ordered on the evening of a Tuesday and I seem to recall I received the items by Friday, which was absolutely fine as I was not in a hurry for them (express 24 hour delivery options are available ...). I got what I needed, at the best price I could reasonably find, so I am content!
It is well worth remembering that, with a little more effort, sensible comparative shopping can often find you deals that beat even the likes of Amazon. It is no bad thing to give the much smaller, independent retailers your custom.

These guys were great on my recent Frog bike order. Great price & even better was the fact that they assembled and then shipped the bike ready to go. A lot of companies miss off fiddly things like the mudguards and wheels etc., when shipping, but this was all put together and tested when it arrived.

Slightly disappointing experience
Slightly disappointing experience. Bike not prepared to an acceptable standard. Promised a call from a manager but it never happened.
They clearly have issues with their email system too.
Unfortunately cannot recommend.

I ordered a Specialized Diverge bike for my daughter. I made a mistake about the delivery contacted Millie, problem sorted. Bike arrived as promised but no pedals, contacted Millie, problem sorted. Noticed that the bike was now in the sale, contacted Millie, guess what.. Problem sorted. Millie there is a position available 10 Downing Street you'd get my vote.

The amazing team at the Barnwell Road…
The amazing team at the Barnwell Road store in Cambridge went out their way to quickly fix my flat e-bike tyre in no time, very close to store closing. I called after work and despite it being very close to store closing time the team still sorted me out, got the very tight tyre off the wheel (which I couldn't do), and didn't even charge me the repair cost!
